Small communities & Major Storms

The total destruction of small communities like Sabine Pass, La Belle and Smith Point, Texas often go unnoticed in the wake of the losses in larger ones. Following "Rita" people from around the United States were more than generous with their time, their talents and their gifts as they reached out to Sabine Pass.
